Manifesto

Wellness is not luxury, but a basic human need. If you can breathe, you have the access to long-lasting wellness.

You don’t need Lulu lemon or something hippie mala with 108 beads on you neck to show up. Just come as you are. Fuck it.

Stop searching. You are already complete, at any moment, everywhere. All the spiritual practices are about getting back to your own core existence, where you will meet “the Buddha” therehere.

But “when you see a Buddha, kill the Buddha”.

Touch the ground. Grow your vegetable. Share a meal. Always give back to the land.

Do not follow what you think. Thinking is merely programing codes. You are not codes. You are the programmer of your codes.

Trust your visions, but aware of that what you see are as illusive as in dreams.

Embodiment.

Find yourself before find your “perfect partner.”
